MEDITATION
I am a Chopra-certified meditation instructor, trained in Primordial Sound Meditation—a practice rooted in the ancient Vedic tradition that invites stillness, presence, and deep inner connection. I draw from these teachings alongside my training as a Clinical Psychologist and the wisdom I’ve gained through my own life experiences to help others cultivate a meaningful and sustainable meditation practice.
Meditation, for me, is not about achieving silence or perfection. It is about remembering—returning to ourselves, breath by breath, moment by moment. In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, I believe that turning inward can be a sacred and necessary act.
